Tomlin Drive, Margate

Council owned land to the rear of Tomlin Dr, Margate has been identified for redevelopment to provide additional affordable housing.

The proposal is that we will reconfigure the existing hardstanding, parking area, garages, bin stores and drying areas to provide twelve brand new family homes.

There will also be improved landscaping and the creation of a communal garden areas for the new build and existing Thanet District Council blocks at the site.

The redevelopment aims to regenerate the current site, improve the parking and landscaping, and enhance the area for existing residents.

How will parking be affected by the works etc.?

The Main Contractor will be able to provide reassurances about noise and disruption during the construction activities and work with residents to ensure everyone is informed and has the information they need.
