The Wave - residents' newsletter

Every month, we publish a residents' newsletter, The Wave. It's emailed directly to subscribers.

In The Wave, we share important updates on council projects across each of our five corporate priorities. There's information on how you can share your views on council proposals, news from our community partners, and a What's On section. We also include longer articles to showcase recent projects, or to address issues that may have been a cause for concern locally.

We really want The Wave to be full of things people would like to know more about and for residents to enjoy reading it.

Current subscribers are invited to give feedback in a short survey. This will be open until Sunday 23 March 2025.

We'll consider your feedback and use it to make The Wave even better.

If you don't already subscribe to the Wave, you can sign up below.

Gathering feedback on The Wave

3 March 2025 00:00 - 24 March 2025 00:00

As a council, we’re committed to listening to feedback from our residents. This includes how you like to find out about council news, directly from us. The Wave newsletter is one of the main ways we share news.

We’d love you to tell us what you enjoy about the newsletter. The feedback that you give will help us to make it even better.

In the meantime, we’ve listened to readers who've said that they'd appreciate a slightly shorter newsletter. We hope that the changes we have already made encourage everyone to keep reading The Wave.
