Residents' Survey 2025

We conduct an in-depth residents' survey every year. The information we receive helps us to know what things matter most to the people that live and work in Thanet and to focus on those things.

This year, the survey is open to 7,000 households selected at random. We send out a postcard with a unique reference number, to invite them to take part. If you have a postcard please visit thanet.gov.uk/residents-survey/

Residents who don't receive a postcard can complete an 'open' survey, here on Your Voice Thanet.

During this phase, we will review the feedback received from the Residents' Survey. The responses are shared with council officers and Councillors and will help to shape the council's budget planning for 2026/27.
