Dane Valley Arms, Margate
This council owned site has been identified for redevelopment to provide additional affordable housing.
The proposal is to build four family houses and a block of thirteen apartments (a mixture of one and two bed units) with associated landscaping and parking.
The redevelopment aims to regenerate the current site, adding to and enhancing the sustainable and cohesive community.
Phases
Developed Design
Building on the Concept Design work and resident feedback, the design will be developed further: drawings and outline specification will be developed. Architectural and engineering information will be spatially coordinated. Design work will align to the updated cost plan, project strategies and outline specification. The design will be reviewed against Building Regulations.
Following the completion of the developed design work, a full planning application will be submitted. Please see the next stage in the timeline for further information.
