A number of questions:
Why is there so much red tape?
why do things like this and decisions in thanet take so long?
Isn't it baffling to spend money on a feasibility study to determine what the council already know? its an entertainment facility and the public want it to stay that way?
Who is managing that budget to ensure its spent properly?
Its understood the building is in a state of disrepair? this is common for TDC Owned assets, why don't you manage these better? and avoid costly repairs?
Why don't you encourage more business investment, rather than building houses? as we know this is likely to be houses on the WG Site due to the costly repair bill of the venue.
Thanet is a mass of people with no work, with all of the new houses.
