Will this route be suitable for disabled scooters and wheelchairs? Will there be dedicated toilets en route?

Pavements in Thanet are so uncomfortably bumpy for many people with mobility issues, and lack drop-kerbs, so we often have to ride on the road, but they are almost as bad and lined with parked vehicles.

If facilities like disabled toilets are not included, they will prove inaccessible for most poeple with mobility issues, who are on the whole unable to travel more than about a mile from home currently due to lack of suitable routes and poor road/pavement conditions.
