What are your views on a CIC business taking on this contract?

I think a lot of residents worry that the contract will be given to an investor funded business or a fat cat who will look for profit over future sustainability or giving back to the area.

There is currently a huge appetite for community projects and doing the right thing. By allowing a CIC to form and run the Winter Gardens (with governance of course) that would give the venue back to the town over a fat cat.
