Thanet needs Winter Gardens open

Winter Gardens need to re-open! There are no other theatres or large venues to hire for large events. With the yet to be announced increase in Council Tax for 2023/24 surely we could set aside some of this to help the venue re-open. I am sure the majority of Thanet residents want it re-opened. Such an asset to Margate, let's not let it sit and decay. We need to action this
