Speed bumps

From the car park at Minnis Bay going towards Reculver there are two types of bicyclists. The ones that are respectful have a bell as not everyone can hear a Bike above the sea noise or wind noise, I always thank people who have a bell, really appreciate knowing they are there. And then there are the others who seem to think it is a race track, no bell, rude ignorant of others walking along, they need to remember if we don’t know they’re there we cannot act accordingly
