When will the Winter Gardens reopen? Are you hoping that if you leave it boarded up for long enough the strength of feeling will fade leaving you free to sell it to developers? What is happening with all the equipment/assets inside? Have you made proper arrangements to protect and preserve them? How can we be sure you are acting transparently and on behalf of the people of Thanet?
