Question 20 doesn't allow you to re-order the numbers in the drop-down menus. It puts in 1,2,3,4,5 and won't allow you to change them. I gave up. Shame.

I had the same prtwith Q 20.
Also noticed at the end of the survey if referenced a completely different council from TDC
