Parking is extremely difficult, especially after 5pm. People from Ramsgate Road and hospital workers take up our spaces.

Is putting a bin and bollard outside your house to keep a parking spot allowed/legal? This is what one neighbour does!

There are some flats in the adjacent road with lots of empty parking spaces to the rear which are never used.

I would willingly pay for a permit to park there, especially on dark winter nights, for peace of mind and safety.

Could this be considered?
