Minster Marshes and Pegwell Bay. You are allowing so called archeology on Minster Marshes for National Grid.
From "Thanet Biodiversity Strategy"
Go to the project
Minster Marshes has abundance of biodiversity. Wildlife, endangered birds that roost there. National Grid whose project has not been given the approval, are trespassing and tearing up major areas, saying doing archeology tests. Rubbish, they are devastating this important area. Polly Billingham in her new post, no longer makes comment or help with this area. National Grid offering monetary bribes to residents. SSSI area. Outrageous this is happening. Please speak with Sir Roger Gale, he understands this major devastation to Minster Marshes and Pegwell Bay.

National Grid are doing "works" way beyond the remit of archaeology. This is before they have have had consent to go ahead with the project, which suggests it is already a done deal! This makes a mockery of the whole planning and objection process which has taken years and thousands of hours from our local protest group, Save Minster Marshes , Kent Wildlife Trust, council for Protection of Rural England, RSPB etc. Sir Roger Gale put this question to Andy Burnham yesterday at PMQs.
What are you doing about it please?
