How can we use the 'Garden' part as an attraction?

Out of everything I have heard around the assessment and development of Winter Gardens I haven't seen or heard anything regarding its gardens.
What considerations have you made to the opportunity the gardens bring to the residents, visitors and sustainability?
For example - You would be adding huge value to the community by offering a community project to tend the gardens. You could even upskill and provide a future trade by offering NVQ or RHS certificates by offering gardening apprenticeships.
Bio diversity and nature in the gardens - we must have 100's of species in the garden. Has an assessment ever been done of our plants and wildlife there? do we ever celebrate the garden and cheer lead it?
Currently you have given permission for a skateboard park on the space that use to be the crazy golf up by Dalby Square - when that starts we will lose all of that bio diversity to the area and 100's of plants and wildlife will lose their homes. The Winter Gardens gives you huge potential to offset that and show how serious you are about bio diversity and our local eco system.
thank you for listening
