Fines for inconsiderate parked cars

1. Fine every single parked car that parks inside any cycle lane preventing safe cycling across thanet. The money raised could go towards making any path, pavement more litter free around the isle.

2. More randomly painted zebra crossings on busier sections of roads. Works tremendously well on the continent. More people may actually feel safer walking.

3. Clear up the path linking cliffsend to Minster roundabout. It is strewn with glass, wheels, bottles, plastic from cars. It is the only path that as a pedestrian or cyclist you can use that links the villages. Also on that side of the road the inside lane should be dropped to 50!
