Who costed this study?

Do you have a detailed breakdown as to whats included?

Will the public see the detailed assessment?

I suspect it should be quite detailed with reports, drawings and historical information? Along with a proposed future use, cost of repairs, margate's night life, expected footfall through tourism at different points in the years etc.

I cant see this costing 300k and you could set up a small detailed team who could work with the venue, the public and investors/businesses to develop a plan? this would be better than assessing a venue that historically works? you just need the right team in place? with good teams and funding.

I have no experience running a venue like this, but i can see the potential i guess what the public are asking is the basics, ie show us the details and expenses to justify spending our money, show us behind the scenes and bring us into your thinking...
