Expense of survey. Future use.

Will this survey at such a large cost pull up all work needed or like any other house survey will not pull up all work that will be needed that is hidden from view?

Is money better spent on structual repairs and preparing areas of the wintergardens in stages as already obviously some has been spent securing the wintergardens and monitoring it even tho is was not secured like this before, was staff presence all that secured it before if so was at what extra cost?

Why pay for an outside company to do a bussiness plan?

As a bussiness plan cannot the council see that this has the best sea views and so much potential. Why was the bar areas never opened during the day for the passing trade as no other places along this stretch sell coffees or food with sea views. So many opportunities missed. This is a must in the future to make this a full time bussiness.

Unfortunately all I can see for its future is a big expensive repair quote that will over run when works carried out. So when repaired the council will wash there hands of such an asset all because of miss management at a great loss.

Is the winter gardens the new dreamland (Not long for housing permission now) or ramsgate motor museum leave it empty till it rots?

Or is the winter gardens spend council money then sell it cheap to be turned into flats or such like?

Why was work not carried out when needed under a full repairing lease?
