Some cyclists are not good at warning pedestrians/dog walkers they are coming. Responsible dog owners will put their dog on a lead or make it sit until the cyclist has gone by. Unfortunately there are as many irresponsible dog owners as there are irresponsible cyclists. 😀

What is a cycling track, I know there are shared tracks where all people should be considerate, if I hear a bell I will always move my dog over to one side. What cyclists have to remember is that some places are not a racetrack
