Cycle ways clear!

I cycle daily around Margate, Westgate, Cliffonville, Palm bay up to Minnis bay.
however the dedicated cycle lanes that are already introduced have parked cars on them! What will stop cars from parking in these lanes! As a waste of time, money along with health and safety!
