Complete Transparency

Is required from Thanet Council in regards to exactly how and where the collected monies are to used for Margate Winter Gardens - this is part of the Communities in Thanet and must be renovated and regenerated for the good of its history and for the good of the Margate/Thanet communities. If done with transparency and Wholy for the good of the area, this should be a valuable usable workable asset to Margate and surrounding areas. I and my community will be following exactly what the plans are on Twitter - for public knowledge and discussion.
