Community ownership

What are the plans for the ownership of the Wintergardens - and where will any potential profits go? Will they go back into the site, constantly improving it, or someone’s pocket? Will local tradesman be sourced to improve the site, or out of area? Is the Wintergardens development aim to improve the area? Are there any plans for residential development on the site? Or hotels?
