Why has the Winter Gardens been allowed to get to this state of disrepair?
Are there plans to re-open the Theatre Royal?
The council has a duty to its residents and the community to provide facilities. Surely the theatre and the winter Gardens come under those facilities?
Was the winter Gardens making a profit? Every event that I attended was always fully sold out and events were held regularly - so if it wasn't creating a profit, then why not?
