we don’t need more flats, even if we did, nobody can afford them, nobody needs the road closures to the seafront that it would inevitably cause, it’ll be cheap labour and won’t be worth buying.
we don’t need anything else there, BUT the winter gardens. Everytime I walk past it I think the same thing. “I’d love someone to buy it outright, renovate it, build it up to be competitive with canterburys Marlowe theatre.
but I’m almost adamant you’ll ignore what everyone’s thinking and there will be flats being built there this time next year and a total ballache of road closures to the seafront when we’re all trying to get there.
regardless of the winter gardens, we’d really appreciate it if you actually just listened to us. That would be a great start. You’ve done it so little I’m already adamant you won’t, hence I’m asking you to here in the public questions box… and yet still I guarentee you lol ignore it lol
