A lot of the narrative on the WGs is around entertainment use and an assessment on night time activity in the town. By restricting our thinking are we not missing the huge visitor and economical potential the venue and space brings to Thanet? For sure it should still be an entertainment space but by cleverly developing the space it could also offer daytime use such as conferences. Day time use for organisations such as child care or education spaces.
It has the potential to be a fantastic wedding venue, has this been considered?
How can the space create revenue outside of just an evening entertainment venue?
I worry that lessons haven't been learnt from the My Leisure contract and as Einstein said - insanity is doing the same thing over and over & expecting a different results.
