Addendum to Concerns over the sanity of this proposal!

I knew I would see other issues. First the proposal with respect to parking fails to address the number of transient vehicles requiring access during the day. For example some days there are three of four vehicles from Mears parking. I also observe there are a number of visits daily from District Nurses, care providers, deliveries from Amazon. Yodel etc, and from home delivery such as Curry's or groceries from Tesco etc. If this car park is turned into a building site how much additional loss or parking would result as well as potential damage to our vehicles from dust etc.
The duration of building would likely result in our quality of health and interfere with our daily living. I feel this would also breach article 8 of the Human Rights Act: Your right to respect for your home doesn’t mean you have the right to housing but it protects the home you already have. It means public authorities mustn’t prevent you from entering or living in your home. You also have the right to enjoy your home peacefully without intrusion by a public authority.
A public authority may need to take positive steps so you can peacefully enjoy your home - for example, by protecting your home from serious noise or/and pollution.
