A complete overhaul needed of planning thoughts towards parking and street man

Car parks in the three main towns need better supervision especially Ramsgate tower those who know the area won't park there as its unsafe drugs, drunks, and theft is rife I asked a friend to check it out it's still bad not as bad as it was, putting some supervisors in across the floors in both Ramsgate and margate would be better as it would attract drivers to park there knowing the vehicle's are being looked after better, if owend by a company get them to provide a better supervison service this would assist in freeing up parking on streets. Why are places like WWX more attractive more than now than towns free parking and at least some parking take Cliftonville a very busy shopping area but parking is horrendous for residents as all employees and most employers are parking in the streets surrounding northdown road residents need better system like a free parking for residents ticket/sticker for there vehicle and a pay and display for non residents but the side street should be dearer to park or and less time for money than parking meters on northdown road. I stopped going to Broadstairs years ago as got 3 tickets in one day because of invisible parking restrictions which I was reimbursed after applying for not council I believe as used a solicitor, dropped kerbs are excellent ideas as this gives of street parking but owners should use their garden to park on if they have the facility. And those who put cones wheelie bins outside the house to prevent others from parking in front of the house so only they can park there should be fined if a skip is to be dropped off on road they will have a permit for it I believe is still in operation.
